A Flock of Signs reveals an unfolding Dr. Seuss-like landscape of arrow signs pointing both everywhere and nowhere at once. As the signs accumulate over the course of the book, they achieve both moments of communication and confusion. This book feels like a sketchbook full of charcoal-smudged drawings where the place depicted is provisional but evolving. This book was made as a companion to installations at the Indianapolis Museum of Art's 100 Acres Park and at Omi International Arts Center.
